How are those the same person? I'd love to hear someone like Posner explain why they think it doesn't matter. Why police radio suspect descriptions aren't important. Do they think they're suggestions? They're actual SUSPECT DESCRIPTIONS given by ACTUAL witnesses! Where else would the police get them? The fact people like Posner ignore that is comedy.
