Enjoyed your interview but out of respects to this Chabad Orthodox Jew, I think you should have released this interview after the end of Shabbat. I think an explanation of the various levels of Yeshivot and Jewish day schools should have been explained explicitly in the introduction. I have very direct experience with the ultra religious and their inadequate education. They have large families, let’s say 4-5 children by the time they are 30 and are unable to pay for basic expenses like rent. I understand that their society may dislike subjects like philosophy, modern English literature, biology but they should be able to teach them the physical sciences, math, and computers. They accept that these sciences are Gods laws. Their study habits would enable them to be successful in these fields. It would not require that much time on a daily basis and would not intrude on their religious studies.
